HAPPY NEST — Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns
We want you to love your HAPPY NEST purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging when applicable.
- Items must not show signs of use, damage, or wear.
- Some products may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you're welcome to return an eligible item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Your original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.
Final Sale Items
Products marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
